Logitech Laptop Mouse

I think my Logitech laptop mouse is probably the best purchase I have made in quite a long time!  If like me you get frustrated using your track pad on your notebook or laptop then an external mouse is essential for you to use.  I cannot get used to using that track pad thing on my laptop, especially after using my main computer all day with my Logitech mouse I then need to use something similar for my laptop.

This is when I found the Logitech laptop mouse at a local shop and thought I would give it a try.  I really have struggled in the past to get to grips with my track pad on my laptop so when I plugged in my Logitech laptop mouse and got all the settings correctly setup which took all of about twenty seconds I was good to go and boy did it make a difference to how I use my laptop.

My Logitech laptop mouse is an external mouse that has a dongle that fits into the side of the laptop via a USB port and automatically detects the mouse so you don’t have to mess about configuring anything.  It’s so much easier to use my laptop with my Logitech laptop mouse now, breezing through email and opening / closing documents is so much quicker and easier.

When I was in the shop I had the option of purchasing a corded Logitech laptop mouse but decided that I wanted a Logitech Bluetooth laptop mouse as I did not want any excess wires messing up my workspace or on my travels which is when I tend to use my laptop.  The slight downside to this and I say slight is the battery charging of my Logitech laptop mouse.  The battery life probably lasts around three days or so and then it either needs new batteries or if you’re like me you will use rechargeable batteries so it’s just a case of plugging those batteries into a charger overnight and then putting them back into the mouse the day after.

The Logitech laptop mouse has a good range on it as well, not that you need to have more then a meter or so in range when you are just using it with your laptop.  It takes just the one AA battery which as I said before seems to last a good few days.  The dongle looks and feels just like a really small pen drive, once you insert it into a USB slot on your laptop it will automatically detect the mouse and within a few seconds the mouse icon on your laptop screen will be configured to use.  It really is as simple as that.

I really am satisfied that I purchased the Logitech laptop mouse as its made my life a lot easier overall and its made me use my laptop even at home now rather then sitting at my desk using my desktop personal computer.
