Logitech Portable Speakers

I have a great mobile sound system and that meant I wanted some equally great Logitech portable speakers.  I have found that most portable speakers I have tried in the past produce really poor quality sound which is usually tinny and lacking in base which really annoys me.  So I tried my luck with some Logitech portable speakers after reading some great reviews about them I thought why not give them a try instead.

Initially my Logitech portable speakers sounded a bit heavy but after a quick change on the bass settings with the right volume the sound clarity improved really well and I really started to enjoy my Logitech portable speakers.  For a Logitech speaker system they really did produce a quality sound and for the price I really could not complain!

So are my Logitech portable speakers actually portable?  Well yes for portability they really are great.  They fit in my backpack really well and have travelled with me now around 15 different countries in the last 6 months.  With their compact design and nice zip up case with a protective layer they really do fold away nicely and this allows them to be just an inch and a half thick when packed away which is great for backpacking.  One other aspect is the battery life of the speakers which again I cannot fault as its fantastic.  The best part though is the fact that they use rechargeable batteries so if you do run low on power all you need to do is plug them into a wall socket and hey presto they are recharged in no time at all.

If you are recharging the batteries don’t worry you can still use the speakers and if you use an iPod like I do then the speakers will charge your iPod for you.  Probably the only downside I can think of is the weak remote control that they provide you.  It’s a bit flimsy but it’s small and light which adds to the portability factor.

I think my Logitech portable speakers are great for playing my music when I am travelling.  I love the way the power LED glows blue when you run your Logitech portable speakers from the mains and then turns purple when it’s running on batteries.  Its little things like this that make them stand out from the crowd, but more importantly the sound quality from such a small compact portable speaker system is great.

All in all my Logitech portable speakers are a great buy and I would recommend them to anyone.
